Semmler Roofing & Construction has Immediate Openings for Sales Representatives to visit homes and inspect roofing, siding, and gutters for storm damage, and recommend repairs and explain the insurance claim process if necessary. Prior experience is a plus however anyone with great customer service skills and willingness to learn can succeed in this opportunity. 
 
Compensation : Salery/Commision Based Position (No Cap)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Selling Roofing & Siding Services to Customers.
· Exterior home inspections to diagnose storm damage,
· Assist Homeowners through the insurance process.
· Communicate with Homeowners & Insurance Companies throughout claim process.
· Follow up on company issued leads.
· Complete Estimates & Contracts
· Communicate with Office on Invoicing & Collections.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Past sales and/or sales experience in construction or trades experience is highly desired (but not required.)
• Must be energetic, social and have great people skills.
• Must be a Self-Starter, with a great attitude, that can inspire and motivate others.
• Potential to move up in the Company to Field Trainer and/or Sales Management Positions Quickly.
